Every WarmRounds™ is backed by our 30-Day Warranty. If your robe arrives damaged, defective, or develops a covered product issue within 30 days of delivery, contact our support team with your order information and photos or video of the issue.
Once reviewed, eligible claims may receive a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional product cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging and included accessories.
